This “salad” is always a hit at any barbeque or get together. What’s not to love? It’s easy to make and delicious to eat!
Apple Surprise Salad
24 oz Cool Whip
1-3.4 oz box of French Vanilla instant pudding mix
6 granny smith apples
6 frozen Snickers bars
Mix the pudding mix in to the Cool Whip in a large bowl. Core apples and chop in to bite size pieces (peeling is optional – I like the crunch that the skin provides so I leave it on). Beat frozen Snickers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer so it ends up in pieces. Mix apples and Snickers chunks in to the Cool Whip. Chill and enjoy!
