Weight Watchers 1 point Banana Bread

Share Button

This is a great recipe and better yet, it’s low fat! Very moist – my kids love it!

3 bananas, mashed
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
½ cup natural applesauce
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas and add Splenda. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into bread or muffin pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 50-60 minutes (less for muffins). Cool on wire rack. Cut in to 12 slices.
